We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. If your product is defective or incorrect, you will receive a full refund or replacement once the issue has been verified.
Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Products Only)
If your return request due to defect or incorrect delivery is approved, you will be issued a full refund via your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
